Must:
We are seeking IT professionals with a strong background in supporting Microsoft-based products and infrastructure. Knowledge of software development at a high level is also essential. Familiarity with Python, SQL, and JavaScript is beneficial, though we do not require you to be an expert. Experience in line management is a nice addition, but we are open to providing training if needed.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will maintain hardware and software, including servers, firewalls, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. You will be responsible for IT security, ensuring that systems operate safely and securely in accordance with ISO standards. Additionally, you will lead a small team consisting of one Systems Administrator and one Developer, and you will manage the relationship with a third-party managed services company that oversees our security products and standards.
Description
This position is based in the South of Edinburgh and requires you to work five days a week in the office. While there may be some flexibility, the expectation is for this to be an office-based role. We look forward to speaking with you!
