- Identify process gaps and develop mitigations
- Collaborate with programme teams, process leads, and SMEs
- Configure Oracle HCM system to deliver efficient HR processes
- Define testing approaches and validate system functionality
- Drive resolution of defects using programme-approved tools
- Support change management for the HR workstream
- Contribute to training and documentation for new processes
Description
We are seeking an Interim Oracle Delivery Lead - HR to support the design and delivery of a major HR transformation programme. In this role, you will work closely with our programme teams and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of new HR processes and Oracle functionalities.
