Server and Cloud Infrastructure Analyst

In this role, you will proactively manage and monitor our IT infrastructure to ensure resilient, business-aligned IT services. You'll be responsible for identifying and remediating service issues, escalating to third-party maintenance suppliers as necessary. It will be essential for you to administer, document, and monitor our IT infrastructure to maintain a highly secure and compliant environment. You'll document procedures and share knowledge to equip team members to assist or cover absences. You will ensure our IT systems are implemented to maximize availability while coordinating with our organizational business continuity plan. Collaboration with the IT Management team will be crucial as you identify, mitigate, and control risks and compliance requirements related to our IT infrastructure. You will also need to specify, implement, and manage our IT infrastructure standards and operating procedures. Building and maintaining excellent, collaborative working relationships with other IT colleagues will ensure that our infrastructure fits its purpose and supports the delivery of IT services and customer needs. You will also provide support to the IT Service Desk to resolve any escalated issues.
