We are looking for a skilled specialist with proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Position Management. You should have a strong understanding of organizational structures, data management, and HR processes. An established track record in business analysis, particularly in managing SuccessFactors implementations, is essential. Experience in leading and contributing to multi-stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritize requirements is vital. You must be able to build and develop productive working relationships with internal business partners and external stakeholders. Proficiency in using agile methodologies, as well as the ability to follow waterfall approaches as appropriate, is important. Additionally, you will need experience engaging with users and using qualitative and quantitative data to understand and meet their needs. A logical approach to identifying and resolving business issues is also required.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will analyze and understand the current business problems associated with Position Management, identifying opportunities for benefit through Establishment Control and process improvements. You will engage with users and stakeholders through various channels to identify business needs, analyze, challenge, and validate those requirements, ensuring traceability to business and user needs. Your responsibilities will also include querying, analyzing, and transforming complex information to identify areas for improvement and defining success measures. You will evaluate business and policy constraints and assess their implications. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will utilize a range of agile methodologies effectively. Additionally, you will collaborate with colleagues to create, refine, and prioritize user stories that are clearly defined for development and facilitate user testing of solutions.

We are embarking on a critical project to implement Establishment Control and optimize Position Management processes within our HR system, SAP SuccessFactors. This project involves significant business change alongside system updates and data cleansing, relying heavily on both SuccessFactors and associated SAP Finance solutions.
