Requirements
Must:
- Educated to a degree level in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Oracle professional qualification / accreditation
- Project Management certification or equivalent experience
- Leadership/Management qualification or equivalent experience
- Specialist skills to devise and implement effective and efficient processes and procedures, aligned to Oracle modern best practice
- Oracle technical skills to manage the design, configuration and delivery of security, roles, workflows and personalization
- Experience with Oracle technologies and tools (reporting tools, PaaS, AI)
- Strong understanding of service within a complex organization
- Experience managing new systems roll-out and project management
- Experience managing transformation and change programs
- Proven ability to lead the delivery of Oracle to quality
- Experience working in matrix management structures
- Experience collaborating with third-party suppliers
- Experience working in an academic, research or charity environment
Responsibilities
- Manage, coordinate and drive the design, development, and delivery of the Stratus workstream activities
- Deliver an optimized solution based on Oracle modern best practices and design principles
- Ensure quality assurance rigor and manage supplier delivery to meet quality and time requirements
- Translate solution design impacts and technical configuration options into meaningful process-driven solutions
- Prioritize delivery to ensure projects are on time, on budget, and reduce user complexity
- Collaborate with Finance, Research Management, Digital Services, and Stratus Programme teams to align HR/Finance/Research Management-related processes with the system requirements
- Support change management and coordinate all Stratus functions
- Ensure training, communication, employee data migration, testing, and compliance requirements are met
- Serve as the point of contact for cross workstream delivery
- Keep operational teams updated on priorities, schedules, and workstream progress
- Plan cross-functional input requirements to minimize impacts on operations
Description

This position is initially for a 6-month term and involves working collaboratively with various teams to ensure successful project delivery.
