Responsibilities
- Lead workshops with key users and suppliers
- Promote programme design principles
- Ensure strong stakeholder engagement in shaping new HR processes
- Identify process gaps and develop mitigations
- Propose improved ways of working
- Collaborate with programme teams, process leads, and SMEs for Oracle HCM configuration
- Work with data SMEs to define testing approaches
- Validate system functionality and drive resolution of defects
- Support change management for the HR workstream
- Contribute to training and documentation ensuring user confidence with new processes and Oracle functionality
