Requirements
Must:

- Strong background in business architecture, design, development, and delivery of technology solutions
- Experience in enterprise and solution architecture
- Knowledge of UX and experience design principles
- Familiarity with software development and agile methodologies
- Excellent performance management and team leadership skills
- Strong business analysis capabilities to translate needs into technical requirements
- Understanding of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and release management
- Ability to ensure compliance with accessibility, security, and data privacy standards
- Skills in stakeholder management and relationship building
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams with a focus on continuous learning and inclusive leadership
- Innovative mindset with experience encouraging the adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation)
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of the charitys digital and technology solutions
- Design scalable, secure, and user-centred technology solutions aligned with enterprise standards
- Oversee development and testing processes across digital and technology platforms
- Manage the solution team and ensure high-quality performance and maintainable design standards
- Oversee user research and UX design practices to enhance service design and user experience
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements through robust business analysis
- Collaborate with the Head of Technology Operations and Delivery to foster a culture of rapid product delivery
- Provide third-line support to manage technical debt and ensure systems evolve with best practices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external development partners
- Lead the Technical Design Authority to ensure solutions conform to best practices
- Maintain a technology roadmap that prioritizes innovation and system enhancements
