Requirements
Must:

- Proven track record of executing and delivering product roadmaps.
- Experience in stakeholder management in a product environment.

- Confident and proactive in collaboration with stakeholders and customers.
- Strong and confident communicator, able to adapt to the audience.
- Passion for data to support decision-making.
- Working knowledge of business, finance, and commercial metrics, terminology, and KPIs.
- Proven ability to lead a team, inspiring them to better themselves at every opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with existing and potential customers to develop a deep understanding of their needs, pains, and challenges.
- Collaborate closely with the Principal Product Manager and senior business stakeholders to understand the vision and high-level product strategy.
- Create, maintain, and communicate a product roadmap that delivers defined strategic goals.
- Seek out, gather, and track commercial, user, and sentiment metrics about the product.
- Determine the prioritization of activities in the roadmap that will positively impact metrics.
- Gain a clear understanding of competitors.
- Understand the commercial and business value of roadmap items and adapt prioritization accordingly.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to develop best-practice solutions.
- Support GTM activities, communicating the value and benefits to customers and internal stakeholders.
