Requirements
Must:
- Graduates or early-career 1st line IT Support engineers with a basic knowledge of routing, switching, and VLANs
- Drivers with UK Licence and access to own vehicle
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first technical point of contact for ISP and Parks customers
- Respond to incidents, service requests, and monitoring alerts related to connectivity, CPE, core ISP services, and park edge networks
- Provide remote troubleshooting and hands-on field support
- Attend customer sites for Priority 1 incidents, service impacting outages, router swaps, circuit turn-ups, and planned maintenance activities
- Take ownership of tickets from logging through to resolution or escalation, ensuring clear communication and accurate updates
