- I have experience working in a high-pressure environment.
- I have a good working knowledge of Office 365.
- I am able to attend the Keynsham, Bristol office once a week; the first month will require more regular attendance.
- I have experience working within IT Change Management (desirable but not essential).
- I have experience working with an outsourced 3rd Party IT support provider (desirable but not essential).
- I have experience in ServiceNow (IT Service Management tool) (desirable but not essential).
Responsibilities
- I will review submitted RFCs (Request for Change templates) to ensure all necessary information is provided for approval.
- I will work with colleagues and external contacts to gather additional information as needed.
- I will prepare a weekly list of changes for review at the IS RFC Review meetings and attend these meetings to document actions discussed.
- I will prepare reports and statistics using the change management database reporting function.
- I will manage the IT Change Mailbox in collaboration with the IT Change Manager.
- I will attend various meetings to provide information and status updates on RFCs.
- I will identify potential candidates for Standard Change and create relevant Standard Change RFC templates.
- I will deputize for the Mitie IT Change Manager as required.
