- Deep proficiency in Microsoft Stack, including Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365, and SharePoint administration.
- Proven experience configuring and troubleshooting network hardware such as routers, switches, and APs, particularly with Unify/Draytek technologies.
- Strong skills in IT security, risk management/recovery, and compliance standards.
- Expertise in DNS configuration, domain management, and support.
- 3–5 years in a senior IT support or IT Manager role, ideally in a multi-site or high-growth environment.
- Relevant IT qualifications (e.g., CompTIA, ITIL, Microsoft Certified, or equivalent degree).
- Exceptional customer-focused support and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience in leading full project lifecycles (planning, delivery, review) and managing external procurement and support partners.
- Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities
- Own and manage all IT service delivery, acting as the primary escalation point for complex 2nd/3rd line technical issues across 40+ venues and our Manchester HQ.
- Drive critical IT infrastructure projects, including upgrades, patch management, and capacity planning, in collaboration with the Director of IT.
- Lead the successful installation and commissioning of IT services for all new venue openings.
- Manage IT operations, including capacity planning, budgeting, and ensuring adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across all internal and external support channels.
- Develop and coach 1st and 2nd line support staff while delivering IT training to non-technical stakeholders.

This is your unique chance to own the delivery of world-class IT support in a dynamic, fast-paced hospitality environment. We offer a salary ranging from £47,500 to £50,000 (depending on experience), plus out-of-hours emergency support pay and the potential for a bonus of up to 30% per annum. Additional perks include a company pension, loyalty bonuses, discounts at our venues, free gig tickets, and access to mental health support services. Your core hours will be Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a requirement for some out-of-hours emergency remote support and travel to our UK venues as needed.
