Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide first-line IT support to colleagues and assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues. You will help set up and maintain laptops, PCs, mobile devices, and networking equipment. Supporting system updates, backups, and monitoring network performance will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will assist with user account management and access control systems. As your confidence grows, you will get involved in IT and security-related projects. There may also be ad-hoc administrative tasks based on company needs.
