ERP Support Administrator

- Become the expert: Learn the current system inside and out by processing orders and managing data. - Lead the transition: Work closely with the new system provider and various internal departments to ensure the new system meets everyone’s needs. - Manage data: Ensure a smooth and accurate transfer of important data from the old system to the new one. - Provide support: Be the first point of contact for the team’s daily IT issues, handling hardware performance and new employee setup. - Train the team: Create documentation and train colleagues on how to use the new system effectively once it is in place. - Oversee system administration: Create and manage new user accounts, locations, customers, and suppliers within the system while monitoring data entry for accuracy. - Handle hardware and phones: Manage the office hardware (computers, etc.) and act as the main point of contact for the phone service provider to ensure all lines are operational.
