Requirements
Must:
- Right to work in the UK
- At least 6 months of UK experience in a similar setting
- 5 years of professional references
- Enhanced DBS, subscribed to the update service (or willing to obtain one)
- Relevant qualifications (desirable)
- Ability to drive is preferred for transporting young people as needed
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Manager to manage the home effectively and confidentially while providing encouragement, understanding, care, and patience to our young people.
- Work with external agencies and attend relevant meetings as necessary.
- Complete all daily and specific paperwork to a high standard.
- Undertake duties specific to Senior Support Workers, such as updating risk assessments, conducting supervisions, supporting training, and assisting with daily tasks.
- Be available to work daytime and/or nighttime shifts.
