Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in a 3rd Line Support Engineer role within a fast-paced managed service provider (MSP) environment
- Solid understanding of Windows Server, O365, Azure, Azure AD, Active Directory
- Proficiency in VMware, Hyper-V, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
- Strong networking skills including WAN, Wireless, Routers, and Switches
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Reliability and ability to work autonomously
- Enthusiasm for technology and continuous personal development
Responsibilities
- Work proactively as part of the escalation team (3rd Line) to support customers
- Ensure exceptional customer experience with a focus on communication
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across a broad range of technologies
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and efficiency
- Continuously develop technical skills and stay updated with emerging technologies
