Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in a 3rd Line Managed Services role
- Strong background in Managed Service Providers (MSP)
- Technical proficiency in M365, Azure, Windows Server, Hyper-V, VMware
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Entra, Networking, routing, switching
- Knowledge of VPNs and firewalls
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work as part of a busy service desk/support team
Responsibilities
- Serve as the final point of escalation for complex technical issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across various technologies
- Collaborate with the service desk/support team to enhance support processes
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on new technologies
- Support professional growth within the team
Description
We are a leading, well-established, and multi-award-winning Managed Service Provider (MSP) located in North London. We are committed to fostering a culture of learning and development, providing comprehensive training to ensure our team supports professional growth and confidence. This role will initially be based in our office for five days a week and will transition to a hybrid working model after three months.
