Requirements
Must:
- Proven 1st line technical competency in Windows, O365, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, Sharepoint, and Networking
- Background in Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Commitment to learning new technologies through certifications or personal projects
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for client IT requests and issues
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients
- Collaborate with the Service Delivery Team to ensure high-quality service
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while assisting clients
- Document issues and solutions accurately to enhance knowledge base
