Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Identity solutions, specifically Entra ID and Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of hybrid identity implementations and management.
- Expertise in authentication and access control mechanisms.
- Background in identity infrastructure projects such as domain consolidation and PKI.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with IT, Security, and Cloud teams.
- Mentoring experience, particularly with junior engineers.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Identity solutions are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Modernise and optimise the Active Directory estate.
- Evolve the hybrid identity platform from on-premises to the cloud.
- Implement improvements in authentication and access processes.
- Lead identity infrastructure projects such as domain consolidation and PKI.
- Collaborate with IT, Security, and Cloud teams to ensure integrated solutions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers on best practices.
Description
We are a global enterprise seeking a Senior Microsoft Identity Engineer to play a pivotal role in modernising our Active Directory estate and advancing our hybrid identity platform. This is a hands-on, high-impact position where you will be part of a dedicated team focused on building a modern, secure identity platform, moving away from legacy systems and contractor dependence. The role is hybrid, based in Hampshire, and offers a competitive salary of up to £90k along with a 15% bonus. You will be joining a forward-thinking team that values innovation and investment in identity management solutions.
