Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and service delivery
- Background in IT Project Management, Service Delivery Management, or Technical Operations
- Experience coordinating vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), or other IAM platforms
- Experience working within global or enterprise-scale technology environments
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and a proactive approach to service improvement and problem-solving
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the global IAM service, working closely with engineering teams, programme managers, and external vendors
- Act as the main liaison between technical teams, projects, and service delivery functions
- Manage and monitor global IAM operations, ensuring incidents, changes, and requests are handled efficiently
- Oversee vendor delivery performance and ensure SLAs are met
- Support project delivery by coordinating IAM activities across different workstreams
- Collate documentation and evidence for audits and compliance
- Drive service improvements, automation, and process efficiency
- Ensure alignment between day-to-day service delivery and longer-term IAM strategy

This pivotal role acts as the bridge between engineering, delivery, projects, and vendors to ensure the effective global operation of IAM services. It supports all identity-related activities, including access governance, privileged access, onboarding, audits, and compliance. This position is ideally suited for someone from an IT Service Delivery, Project Management, or Technical Delivery background who wants to take ownership of day-to-day IAM service operations in a large, complex environment.
