Requirements
Must:
- Proficient experience within Windows environments.
- Experience with O365, SharePoint, Exchange, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Directory) at user admin and GPO level.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues in a fast-paced environment, managing approximately 100 tickets per day.
- Knowledge of hardware and troubleshooting practices.
- Understanding of networking principles and protocols, including routers, switches, connectivity, and VLAN.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role.
Responsibilities
- Join a close-knit team of engineers to provide 1st and 2nd line support within our managed services team.
- Support around 3,500 end-user clients with their day-to-day IT issues.
- Engage in projects such as site relocations, server installations and upgrades, and implementing backup solutions.
