Must:
We are looking for candidates with a strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and service delivery. You should have a background in IT Project Management, Service Delivery Management, or Technical Operations. Experience in coordinating vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders is essential. Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), or other IAM platforms is preferred. You will thrive in a global or enterprise-scale technology environment and possess excellent organizational and communication skills with a strong attention to detail. A knowledge of ITIL processes and a proactive approach to service improvement and problem-solving is expected.
Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will coordinate and manage the global IAM service, working closely with engineering teams, program managers, and external vendors. Your key responsibilities will include acting as the main liaison between technical teams, projects, and service delivery functions. You will manage and monitor global IAM operations, ensuring that incidents, changes, and requests are handled efficiently. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing vendor delivery performance and ensuring that SLAs are met, supporting project delivery by coordinating IAM activities across various workstreams. You will also collate documentation and evidence for audits and compliance, drive service improvements, automation, and process efficiency while ensuring alignment between day-to-day service delivery and the longer-term IAM strategy.
