Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field, AND experience in technology-related sales or account management, OR equivalent experience.
- Experience forecasting, developing demand, and building pipeline, leading/orchestrating complex, matrixed teams.
- Familiarity with Copilot, Generative and Agentic AI, and AI/ML concepts as well as Copilot architecture.
- Experience building AI Agents.
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Information Technology, Information Security, or related field, OR extensive experience in technology-related sales or account management.
Responsibilities
- Drive AI transformation deals by conducting consultative selling conversations with business decision makers, showcasing the value of Copilot, Copilot Studio, Viva, and Agents at Work.
- Act as a trusted advisor by aligning AI solutions to customer priorities, building compelling ROI-based business cases, and qualifying deals effectively.
- Accelerate paid Copilot growth through immersive engagements, extensibility strategies, and security-focused narratives.
- Partner with others cross-organizationally and support the development of end-to-end sales motions for Copilot Studio and Cloud PC/Virtualization, including Intune Suite attach opportunities.
- Grow frontline worker (FLW) sockets and Copilot adoption, driving upsell and customer prioritization in collaboration with Digital Sales and Engineering teams.
- Support Teams Phone and ME5 opportunities through partner-led motions and orchestrate deal closure with Commercial Executives.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to help build new pipeline and secure customer intent to buy by leveraging digital signals, partner workshops, and marketing events.
- Maintain accurate account plans and updates, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and consumption milestones.
- Coordinate cross-solution opportunities across Security, Business Applications, Surface, and Azure, partnering with various stakeholders.
