Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- Engineering experience with programming languages like C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- Broad knowledge across cloud computing and hands-on experience engineering cloud applications
- Skilled in designing scalable microservices, implementing messaging and integration patterns
- Establishing end-to-end monitoring and observability
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines with blue/green or canary release strategies
- Proficiency with containerized deployments and Kubernetes orchestration
- Strong infrastructure expertise, including familiarity with the Azure ecosystem (Compute, Storage, Networking)
- Solid working knowledge of both Windows and Linux operating systems
- Understanding of hardware virtualization concepts and awareness of hypervisor technologies
- Strong technical curiosity, staying current with Azure platform innovations and broader industry cloud trends
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements

Responsibilities
- Work directly with our most strategic customer projects worldwide to ensure success on the Azure platform, focusing on designing and building production applications
- Engineer technical artifacts, products, and guidance to optimize customer adoption of Azure
- Provide a positive impact to the strategic direction of Azure engineering teams by ensuring they understand the end-to-end technical details of their services from the customers perspective
- Develop and mentor technical delivery personnel within the Customer Experience & Success organization

Our Customer Experience Engineering (CXE) team, located within the Office of CTO, focuses on Microsoft’s Cloud and AI Platform. We are seeking hands-on cloud engineers to join our diverse and high-performing team.
