Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in cloud or infrastructure technologies, information technology consulting or support, systems administration, or software development
- Previous experience in technology IP solutions or services development
- Strong understanding of digital transformation business drivers and cloud platforms
- Familiarity with emerging cloud trends, including generative AI and SaaS services
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft cloud offerings (Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365)
- Strong working knowledge of AI in business environments and low code solutions
- Minimum L300 knowledge in ERP and CRM systems, particularly Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Valid Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant certificate (MB-800) is a plus
- Strong business analyst skills with the ability to engage with C-suite
- L300 knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform suite
Responsibilities
- Design robust, scalable and secure cloud architectures tailored to partner needs
- Facilitate architectural design sessions to create effective cloud solutions
- Develop proofs of concept to demonstrate the feasibility of cloud solutions
- Provide technical guidance and support to optimize cloud solution performance
- Facilitate transitions from legacy systems to modern cloud environments
- Enable partners through coaching on strategies for resilience and competition
- Integrate with the wider channel ecosystem within Microsoft to drive positive outcomes
