Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in technical architecture, technical consulting, design and implementation, and/or technical sales
- Relevant certifications from Microsoft or competitive platforms (preferred)
- Experience with cloud-based solution designs, migrations, and management of technology
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customer technical decision makers and influencers
- Lead customer/partner projects implementing technical architectures
- Provide thought leadership for technical architecture design, development, and deployment
- Drive pilots, proof of concepts, and value for technical solutions
- Identify, escalate, and resolve technical blockers to accelerate implementations
- Build customer timelines and drive customer success in digital transformation initiatives
- Engage in demand generation and identify new workloads
- Act as the liaison between partners and the internal team
- Monitor action plans to promote usage of Microsoft solutions/products
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate customers on Microsoft capabilities
