Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with basic knowledge of computer hardware and components
- Relevant experience supporting IT equipment or related technology
- Ability to work shifts, including evening, nighttime, weekends, and/or holidays
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting following standard procedures and quickly identify issues
- Replace faulty components with minimal customer and business disruption
- Conduct post-execution quality checks and ensure proper setup according to safety protocols and standards
- Decommission hardware for simple changes and refreshes with minimal guidance
- Communicate, report, and escalate incidents to appropriate management units
- Assist and provide guidance to other technicians in completing challenging tasks
- Complete required training aligned to the role and workload
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing information and participating in meetings
- Maintain pride and accountability for service quality and user experience
