Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, architecture, and/or consulting
- OR equivalent experience
- This role requires UK Security Clearance, therefore candidates will need to either have existing security clearance or meet the minimum criteria to apply for security clearance.
- Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, architecture, and/or consulting
- OR Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, architecture, and/or consulting
- OR equivalent experience
- Strong years of experience working in a customer-facing role
- Strong years of experience working on technical projects
- Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google, security certifications)
- Experience and expertise in one or more of the following areas: Azure AI Foundry, AppPlat/Containers/Serverless, DevOps, GitHub.
Responsibilities
- Understand customers’ overall Business and IT priorities for platform engineering, building cloud applications, AI adoption, and Low code opportunities.
- Act as the voice of the customer by driving new feedback into engineering and accelerating solution delivery through Architectural Reviews and Proof of Concepts/MVP applications.
- Support customer skilling by providing recommendations or delivering technical discussions, workshops, and cloud readiness activities.
- Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results and help customers derive value from Microsoft investments.
- Drive customer/partner relationships to resolve technical blockers and accelerate consumption and solution implementation.
- Learn new technologies or services aligned to customer needs and stay current with Azure, AI, and GitHub capabilities.
- Share ideas and strategic technical input with technical teams and participate in external technical community events to drive opportunities for IP reuse and best practice sharing.

In this customer-facing role, you will guide customers through their AI adoption journey, helping them design, build, and scale solutions using Azure, GitHub, and Microsoft’s AI stack. This hands-on technical role allows for up to 50% remote work and is part of the Customer Experience & Success organization at Microsoft, which is dedicated to empowering customers to achieve their business outcomes faster through technology.
