Cloud Solution Architect - Data & Analytics

- Understand customers’ overall business and IT priorities, their related data estate and success measures, and design Data & Analytics solutions that drive business value and positive customer satisfaction to become a trusted advisor. - Ensure that solutions exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, repeatability, appropriate reusability, and reliability upon deployment, providing feedback and insights from customers/partners back into Microsoft. - Develop opportunities to enable customer success and improved business results, helping customers get value from their Microsoft investments and identifying solutions to technical blockers by leveraging solution architecture expertise. - Deliver solutions according to Microsoft best practices & using repeatable intellectual property (IP). - Apply technical knowledge to architect and design solutions that meet business and IT needs, create Data & Analytics roadmaps, drive Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Minimal Viable Products (MVPs), and ensure long term technical viability of new deployments, infusing key AI technologies. - Be the voice of customer to share insights and best practices, connecting with Engineering teams to remove key blockers and drive product improvements. - Maintain and continually develop technical skills and knowledge, keeping up-to-date with market trends and competitive insights; collaborating and sharing with peers while educating customers on the Azure platform. - Accelerate customer outcomes - share expertise, contribute to IP creation & re-use to accelerate customer outcomes, and obtain relevant accreditations and certifications.
