Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field
- 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, or equivalent experience
- Azure IaaS related experience is required
- Breadth of technical experience and knowledge in Azure IaaS areas such as Storage, Networking, Compute, and more
- Experience with developing, debugging, and performance tuning in areas like DevOps, Azure App Services, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies
- Strong ability to develop ongoing customer relationships
- Outstanding customer service skills with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills in diverse team settings
- Ability to handle critical technical issues and work in challenging support situations
- Certification in Microsoft and other Cloud Technologies
Responsibilities
- Deliver Support Mission Critical Service offerings and ensure a cohesive organizational experience for customers
- Lead Proactive Resiliency Efforts and coordinate with teams on Accelerated Incident Resolution
- Engage technically on workloads prioritizing Reliability, Security, Supportability, Manageability, and Monitoring
- Ensure awareness of critical incidents and link recommendations to Resiliency efforts
- Collaborate with CxP resources for onboarding customers and driving customer-owned monitoring
- Build partnerships with CSAM to clarify roles and responsibilities throughout the contract
- Maintain an up-to-date KnowMe resource across CxP and CSS and share insights with customers
