Requirements
Must:
- Technically skilled: Confident supporting a range of IT systems, networks, and devices
- Telephony aware: Comfortable supporting business phone systems or willing to learn
- Strategically minded: Able to advise clients and make recommendations at a vCTO level
- Confident communicator: Comfortable speaking with stakeholders and presenting to groups
- Trainer & mentor: Able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Problem solver: Able to diagnose and resolve issues across multiple support tiers
- Customer focused: Friendly, professional, and helpful with users at all levels
- Organised: Able to manage and prioritise multiple support requests
- Proactive: Takes initiative and ownership of technical challenges
- Team player: Works well with colleagues and contributes to shared success
- Minimum of 4 years IT support experience required
- Valid driving licence required
Responsibilities
- Support and manage IT infrastructure, end-user systems, networking, cloud platforms, and communications technologies
- Resolve day-to-day technical issues and ensure systems run smoothly
- Contribute to larger projects and help clients plan for the future
- Provide guidance on technology strategy to business leaders
- Make recommendations at a vCTO level
- Deliver training or presentations to groups as necessary
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across multiple tiers of support
- Collaborate with team members to ensure shared success
- Maintain excellent communication with clients and stakeholders
