Requirements
Must:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure
- Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence
- Strong experience in developing enterprise applications, ideally including Aderant and/or Intapp
- Proven delivery of integrations, automation, and bespoke solutions
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a small team
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in a professional services or legal environment (desirable)
- Knowledge of BI, reporting, and data warehousing solutions (desirable)
- Analytical, pragmatic, and solutions-focused
- Proactive in identifying improvement opportunities
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
- Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance solutions with Aderant and Intapp aligned to business requirements
- Deliver automation using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure services
- Develop bespoke solutions using C#, SQL, JavaScript, Python, and related technologies
- Support reporting, data warehousing, and analytics requirements
- Apply practical understanding of AI and LLM-based solutions to improve business processes
- Introduce AI-enabled capabilities within agreed governance and compliance frameworks
- Identify opportunities where AI or automation can deliver measurable business value
- Build and maintain integrations between core systems and third-party platforms
- Review existing configurations and customisations, recommend and deliver improvements
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, well-documented, and supportable
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and stakeholders
- Provide technical leadership through the full solution lifecycle
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
