Business Intelligence Analyst

- Forecast modelling on a weekly, daily and hourly level around customer demand planning, driving resource requirements to meet customer needs. - Utilise multiple statistical forecasting methods to analyse and extract meaningful properties from large and complex data sets using SQL, enhancing forecast quality. - Produce accurate and effective weekly demand forecasts (rolling 0 - 26 weeks) across lines of business, considering seasonality factors, volume driver analysis, and special event forecasting. - Provide insight and intelligence to enable operational leads and resource planning teams to make informed decisions on resourcing and performance challenges and optimisation. - Maintain forecast analysis and tracking, along with operational performance reporting to identify performance risks and opportunities. - Support the Senior Planning and Forecasting Manager and Head of Planning & Trading in long term annual and quarterly forecasting and planning processes. - Forecast daily demand requirements and integrate into capacity/resourcing models to achieve KPIs and SLAs efficiently. - Share best practices across the Forecasting & Planning team and operational stakeholders. - Continuously review performance to ensure forecast performance is within acceptable tolerances and incorporate lessons learned into future forecasts.
