Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Copilot, Copilot Studio, Graph API, M365 Admin)
- Experience with Google Workspace (Gemini, NotebookLM, Admin Console, Add-ons)
- Proven track record embedding AI into business workflows
- Strong understanding of identity, governance, and security controls
- Experience building prompts, automation workflows, or AI extensions
- Technical skills in Microsoft Graph API and Google Workspace APIs
- Familiarity with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI
- Proficient with Power Automate, Apps Script or similar automation tools
- Knowledge of Responsible AI practices
- Understanding of M365 and Google licensing models
- Desirable certifications: Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Collaboration Engineer or relevant Google Cloud certifications, Architecture framework certification such as TOGAF (optional but beneficial)
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Google Gemini and NotebookLM
- Design and integrate AI-powered solutions using APIs, connectors, and automation tools
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for enterprise AI workspace platforms across engineering and security teams
- Integrate AI tools with enterprise systems and data sources
- Develop reusable prompts, templates, and workflow accelerators
- Ensure compliance, governance, and secure AI operations
- Manage deployment lifecycle, monitoring, and optimisation
- Support user enablement and evaluate new platform capabilities
