Requirements
Must:
- Prior experience in a consultancy environment, preferably Big 4.
- Solution- and platform-agnostic mindset with a strong willingness to learn and expand technical depth.
- Strong communicator, confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Solid, transferable skills across governance, architectural analysis, and problem-solving.
- Foundational understanding of solution and data architecture, ideally with exposure to or interest in the TOGAF framework.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to get involved across a broad remit.
- Genuine curiosity and passion for emerging technologies, particularly AI and automation.
- (Nice to have) Experience or exposure to the real estate industry (training can be provided if not).
Responsibilities
- Support the review and assessment of the full enterprise architecture landscape to help create a coherent and actionable roadmap.
- Assist in revising and strengthening architecture governance structures, ensuring existing assets are effectively utilised across the organisation.
- Contribute to defining the EA maturity journey, including supporting the planning and adoption of orchestration tools and Agentic AI capabilities.
- Work with senior leadership and technical teams to gather insights, communicate findings, and help drive alignment on architectural priorities.
- Roll up your sleeves to support a wide variety of tasks across governance, solution architecture, and platform understanding.

Our team is looking for a driven and ambitious Junior Enterprise Architecture Contractor to support the ongoing transformation of our architecture landscape. This opportunity offers a competitive rate of £600-700 a day inside IR35, mentorship from a Senior Enterprise Architect, and the possibility to transition into a permanent role based on performance and long-term fit.
