Must:
I am looking for candidates who have experience as a Tech Lead, with strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders. Proficiency in C#.NET and experience with Azure are essential, as our operations are entirely cloud-based. Additionally, while not mandatory, experience with Blazor and the Microsoft Power Platform would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
In this Tech Lead role, I expect you to lead the design, development, and implementation of various technical projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and provide guidance and mentorship to team members. It will be your responsibility to ensure that our technical solutions align with organizational goals, while overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies will be crucial, as well as developing and enforcing technical standards and best practices. You will also need to communicate project progress and outcomes effectively to stakeholders.
