Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organisations IT systems and infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimise downtime.
- Ensure data security and implement necessary protocols and updates.
- Provide technical support and assistance to staff across departments.
- Oversee software and hardware installation, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain IT policies and documentation.
- Collaborate with external vendors for specialised IT services.
- Plan and implement IT projects to meet business objectives.
