Responsibilities
- Be the in-house ServiceNow SME
- Work alongside partners when needed
- Handle BAU issues
- Oversee the overall management and optimization of the ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define platform requirements and deliver solutions
- Ensure the platform aligns with business objectives and industry best practices
- Lead and support ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and integrations
- Monitor platform performance and address any operational issues promptly
- Develop and maintain documentation for platform processes and configurations
- Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams as required
- Work closely with external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of solutions
Description
We are a Global Law Firm located in Liverpool, and we are excited to invite a ServiceNow Developer/Admin to join our team of 10. This role offers the flexibility of two days a week in the office.
