Responsibilities

- Support performance management processes to drive employee engagement and productivity
- Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with organisational goals
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the R&D function
