Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer with strong technical expertise in HPe and VMWare, along with networking skills. Familiarity with HPe Synergy frame management and networking interconnections is essential. Experience working in a virtual environment using HPe Synergy Compute and VMWare vSphere (ESXi) is required. Additionally, proficiency in managing Windows Server OS in a VM environment and Active Directory as an admin tool is necessary. Experience with Redhat and BSD Linux in a virtual environment is a plus.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will manage and maintain our organisation's IT infrastructure, which includes servers, networks, and storage systems. I will implement and support disaster recovery and backup solutions to ensure business continuity. Monitoring system performance and addressing issues to optimise efficiency and reliability will be a key part of my day-to-day tasks. I will collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and improvements, ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security policies, and provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues. I will also document system configurations and procedures for reference and training purposes, and evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance our infrastructure capabilities.
