Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications and systems
- Assist in planning future development initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
- Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of software solutions
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills
- Interact with a variety of clients
- Work alongside outsourcing partners
- Maintain and improve existing systems by identifying and fixing bugs or implementing enhancements
- Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and integrate them into projects as necessary
- Prepare technical documentation to support solutions and team processes
- Contribute to the strategic planning of technology initiatives within the organization
Description
We are seeking to bring more development in-house from our outsourcing partners and are looking for two new team members to join our team of five. Our company is based in Central London, and we offer a hybrid work environment, requiring you to come to the office three to four times a week. As part of our offer, we provide private medical insurance, 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, a 10% pension contribution, a 10% bonus, and free drinks and snacks in the office.
