- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all development projects.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with organisational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Description
We are a leading client in the Public Sector, seeking a Lead Developer for a 12-month Inside IR35 Contract. This role offers flexibility with remote work and requires only 4 in-office days per month in Brighton. We provide a competitive rate of up to £646 a day and a collaborative environment where you can lead key projects while mentoring fellow developers.
