Must:

- Familiarity with network configurations and troubleshooting.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
Responsibilities
- Provide second-line IT support to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Maintain and monitor IT systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of hardware and software.
- Manage user accounts and permissions to ensure system security.
- Collaborate with the Technology department to implement system upgrades and improvements.
- Document IT procedures and provide training to end-users as required.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and best practices.
