- Collaborate with the wider technology team to implement system upgrades and improvements.
- Monitor system performance and address any potential issues proactively.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and changes.
- Support the integration of new technologies and tools into existing systems.
- Ensure compliance with organisational IT policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
