We are looking for a proactive IT Infrastructure Manager with a strong technical background. You should have experience managing Azure and AWS infrastructure, including serverless components. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID is essential, along with the ability to manage third-party vendors and technical suppliers. You must have hands-on knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, and cloud security tooling. Excellent documentation, change control, and operational governance skills are required, as is experience in managing multi-cloud infrastructure environments within regulated or standards-based settings. Additionally, you should have proven operational delivery and support experience for enterprise IT environments and be adept at managing outsourced technical providers and infrastructure support contracts.

Responsibilities
In this role, I will oversee and manage the technology infrastructure for our not-for-profit organization, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and security. I will evolve and maintain our core infrastructure, which includes Azure (Function Apps, Logic Apps, API Management, Key Vault, Entra ID & Entra External ID), AWS (exam delivery infrastructure, results platform), Microsoft Intune (device management), and Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams). My responsibilities will also include ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our cloud and endpoint environments, as well as owning and monitoring backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes. I will coordinate infrastructure upgrades, patching, and capacity planning, manage relationships with technical service partners and SaaS vendors, and oversee the technical engagement of third-party assessors involved in exam content development and systems access. I am also responsible for maintaining operational standards and documentation across all IT infrastructure components.
