Requirements
Must:
- Experience as a hands-on tester as well as management/leadership
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE)
- Strong skills in manual and automation testing
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage testing activities for Dynamics 365 implementation projects
- Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and scenarios to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve testing issues
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices during testing processes
- Analyse and report on testing results to stakeholders and project teams
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members in the testing process
- Work closely with developers and business analysts to address system issues
- Continuously improve testing methodologies and processes
Description
We are an MSP founded over 20 years ago with over 500 staff working across the UK, serving nearly 2000 customers. We are looking for a Dynamics365 Test Lead to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead impactful transformation projects. We offer a competitive salary of up to 80k, private medical coverage, and 25 days of holiday with the option to buy 10 more days. We also promote a flexible working environment, requiring 2-3 days a week in the office.
