Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience of managing a development team in a SaaS environment.
- Strong experience in managing and monitoring engineering performance and implementing and driving continuous improvement.
- Background in hands-on Software Development with experience in the following tech stack: NestJS/NodeJS, Redis, TypeScript, SQL Server (other tech backgrounds will be considered).
- Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels and to challenge Tech leads and other senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 10 senior developers in building new SaaS products and integrating AI into platforms.
- Line manage team members, monitor performance, and ensure high standards of product quality.
- Foster and promote a collaborative and productive environment that motivates team members to share ideas and improve processes.
