Must:

- Good Windows and Linux support skills
- Web application support experience
- SFTP knowledge
- Network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Strong communication and customer service mindset
- Awareness of cybersecurity and data protection basics
Responsibilities
- Handle support tickets via phone/email/chat (triage through to resolution)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Support web-based applications and secure portals
- Administer users, permissions and access (Windows/Linux)
- Maintain accurate ticket notes, documentation and knowledge articles
- Escalate complex issues and work closely with wider IT teams

As an IT Support Desk Agent providing 1st and 2nd line support, you will play a key role in ensuring reliable IT performance across safety analysis and improvement. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Fareham, with 4 days onsite and 1 day working from home.
