- Partner with Product and Heads of Engineering to plan and execute technical roadmaps.
- Manage technical debt, promote continuous improvement, and ensure engineering quality.
- Shape the next generation of front-end services and accompanying applications.
Description
We are a leading international technology business embarking on a large-scale digital transformation. We are currently seeking an Engineering Lead for our St Albans office in a hybrid capacity, offering a competitive salary of up to £90,000, along with bonuses and a lucrative shares scheme. In this role, you will lead a hands-on engineering team through a major platform rebuild, transitioning from PHP to Native JavaScript, while shaping architecture, roadmaps, and upskilling a talented team. You will be leading two agile squads through the modernization of mission-critical systems and preparing for a greenfield front-end rebuild.
