Requirements
Must:
- Advanced SQL skills (this is a must)
- Experience working in a cloud data environment (BigQuery preferred)
- Experience managing data transformations in Dataform, and architecting data models in Looker
- Background in digital commerce, digital advertising, ad-tech, media, or marketplace platforms
- Experience delivering large data or analytics projects
- Ability to help shape solutions rather than waiting for instructions
- Familiarity with digital advertising or monetisation concepts (e.g. programmatic ads, revenue pipelines, inventory, commercial performance) (bonus)
- Knowledge of modern BI tools (such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau) (bonus)
- Experience with data modelling tools (e.g. dbt, Dataform, or equivalent) (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Owning hands-on delivery of BI and analytics solutions, including SQL-driven pipelines and data models
- Partnering with commercial stakeholders (e.g. digital advertising, monetisation, revenue teams) to define problems and co-create the analytics roadmap
- Working in a Google-centric cloud environment, with a modern data stack
- Delivering and supporting large analytics or data initiatives, balancing technical delivery with stakeholder expectations
- Mentoring analysts and fostering a self-serve, solution-oriented analytics culture

This hybrid role allows for 3 days per week on-site in Bath, with a competitive salary of up to £75,000 depending on experience. Additional benefits include unlimited holidays.
