Requirements
Must:
- Detailed IT Support or Service Desk background
- Experience handling escalations, ideally within an MSP environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows Server, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and cloud platforms (Microsoft 365/Azure)
- Understanding of security tooling, SIEM, EDR, vulnerability/incident management
- CompTIA Security, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals/Administrator, and ITIL Foundation accreditation preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with working to SLAs
Responsibilities
- Deal with escalations and incidents
- Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of incidents
- Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Pick up incidents and issues from the 1st line support team
